I would like to pay by invoice via Klarna, but I get an error message. Why is it not working?

I would like to buy a Sofa. Is there a possibility to get a discount at vetsak?

Unfortunately we do not offer discounts on orders.

Why am I not able to redeem my discount code?

Please make sure that you redeem the code in the correct store. If you have received a German email, the code must be redeemed on our German site (at the top right corner of our website you can change the language settings and the store). Unfortunate

Why am I not able to pay in instalments?

If payment in instalments is not possible, please reach out to Klarna directly as they might decline this payment method.

My payment method was declined. How can I pay?

If you would like to pay in instalments and this option is not shown to you or you've received an error message, we would ask you to please contact Klarna for more information. If your credit card was declined, this might be because your credit card

I have a discount code and a gift voucher. How can I add both?

Unfortunately, it is technically not possible to use 2 codes during the order process. Please provide our Customer Happiness Team with the codes, and we will make sure that you will be able to use both.
