Our first hope is that you are completely satisfied with your vetsak. If this is not the case, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. 

We will take care of the return shipping and refund you the total amount once the package arrives in our warehouse. The refund will be made using the same method as the one used during the purchase. 

Please return the product without any signs of use and in the same condition as when you received it within 14 days after notifying us about the return. If we notice signs of advanced or abnormal wear, we will be entitled to cancel the refund.
