I have questions about my vetsak product, which I bought in a store. Who is able to help me?Updated 2 years ago

Please be advised that in this case the purchase contract was concluded with the seller. Since we are not authorised to provide any information about your order, payment or delivery time for reasons of data protection, we are not able to look up that information on your behalf. Even if there is a defect upon delivery, please report this to the seller directly. Our Customer Happiness Team will therefore have to refer you to the respective seller. 

If you wish to return an order purchased from a retailer, please also contact the respective seller. If the seller does not take back the goods, we unfortunately also have no way to process the return.
